Business Development Manager
Full-Time- Remote/Hybrid
Summary
Itek Construction is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. In this role you will lead the creation of new project opportunities by developing and executing positioning strategies with existing and potential clients. You will support our Business Development strategy through marketing, communications, and relationship building. This role will play a key part in the Company’s growth and overall market position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial construction project opportunities to support the achievement of Itek’s Annual Business Plan, to include opportunities, signed work and margin goals.
· Proactively seek out opportunities and leads; identify potential commercial construction clients in the Washington DC metro region, as well as other areas of operation.
· Develop and maintain relationships with commercial construction developers, architects, national and regional brands, etc. to further develop client base.
· Independently represent Itek Construction in the industry in conjunction with specified marketing objectives, branding, and overall strategic business plan.
· Assume active or committee involvement in relevant construction business trade associations.
· Collaborate with ownership and others to help guide Social Media presence and digital campaigns.
· Assist with preparation of materials and reports required for relevant internal Business Development meetings.
· Assist in further development of Subcontractor and Vendor base.
· Track and report Business Development activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,141.14 - $72,428.04 per year
