Sales and installation of all types of carpet, resilient flooring, wood, and tile is where we started but we can help you transform your space with our interior design team as well. We work on a wide array of projects types and scales. From room renovations, kitchen or bathroom remodels, new home or renovations, small tenant improvements, commercial tenant finish, multi-family, medical office building; we can handle every kind of design and flooring project. Because we partner with our customers, our geographic coverage generally follows where they go.

- Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Vendors, A&D (Architects and Design) Firms, and General Contractors.
- Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in both the commercial and residential sectors. Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services within the flooring business. Articulate product features and benefits to clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to make informed business decisions and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business objectives.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. Ensure terms and conditions are favorable and align with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably within the flooring industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the flooring business, including Vendors, A&D Firms, and General Contractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
