Responsibilities:* Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone,email, or text.* Be a liaison between customers and the service department.* Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.* Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices.* Motivate and lead a team of professionals!
Qualifications:* Customer Service and/or sales/service experience preferred* Excellent communication skills.* Upbeat personality* Automotive Service experience a plus* Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required* Assure all scheduled service appointments are solidly confirmed
