Enumerate is looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our team! If you’re an accomplished SDM that thrives in a fast-paced, exciting SaaS environment and want to help build out an extraordinary team and company, then this is your role.
As the Sales Development Manager (SDM), you are pivotal in shaping and implementing Enumerate’s inside sales strategy. You'll collaborate closely with our go-to-market leadership team to cultivate best-in-class Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), guiding and empowering them toward success.
Your leadership allows you to directly influence the people and processes dedicated to developing and qualifying business opportunities for our Inside Sales team. You will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires, ensuring their success, and managing the team daily. Your SDRs will be responsible for both cold lead opportunities and warm leads generated by our marketing engine. Communication channels include outbound calls, emails, text messaging, LinkedIn connections, and other creative mechanisms developed to connect with viable prospects within our target market.
This is a full-time salaried role, based out of our Clearwater, FL office and reporting to the senior sales leader. There’s openness to a remote arrangement for the right candidate, with preference for EST/CST. Salary includes a 75k base with an OTE of 150k. Booking targets are tied into total annual reoccurring revenue and commission is uncapped.

What You'll Bring:
  • Required: 2+ years of SDR/BDR team management experience
  • Required: proven experience utilizing Salesforce
  • Preferred: experience in a high-growth, SaaS environment
  • Preferred: outbound specific cold-calling experience, not just handling inbound leads
  • Experience with payments, property technology, and/or HOA industry will make you a standout candidate!
  • Process oriented, can develop highly effective processes and ensure team adoption
  • Ability to drive a high level of activity and high-quality communications across their team
  • Strong understanding of the SDR tech stack: Salesloft/Outreach, Gong/Chorus, and various sales cadence management solutions
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation processes
  • Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude
  • Expert communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Analytical mindset comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in data
  • Adept at adopting and rolling out new sales enablement technologies
  • Ability to travel 10-15% for quarterly all-hands and industry conferences, tradeshows, etc
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
