Tax Senior Associate/Tax Manager

Seeking a hands-on Tax Senior Associate/Tax Manager for a group of commonly owned companies.
How you will make an impact:

• Fulfill all tax reporting requirements for about 30 entities and several owners
• Work closely with and provide support to finance, HR and legal
• Interaction and communication with all levels of employees
• Provide analysis and tax planning in the following areas:
  • Flow-through entities
  • High net worth individuals
  • Research & development
  • Real estate
  • Company aircraft
  • State taxation
  • Private foundation

Skills you need to be successful in this role:

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
• Energetic, flexible team player who desires to operate in a changing environment. High attention to detail, with an ability to independently prioritize and organize projects
• Superior written and oral communication, including ability to communicate effectively with non-financial managers
• Position requires an individual with tax experience, preferably Big 4 or other regional public accounting firm
• Requires a BS/BA in accounting or finance. MST or CPA a plus
• Proficiency with tax software and reporting
