Job Description
Automated Retail Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business relationships and establishing strong partnerships with vending operators and independent foodservice groups across the nation. This role is crucial in promoting and selling our cutting-edge foodservice technology solutions while ensuring exceptional execution in customer relationship management (CRM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing national and regional partnerships within the foodservice industry.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and work towards exceeding sales quotas.
- Collaborate closely with onsite foodservice partners to plan and deploy autonomous foodservice kiosks.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Utilize strong digital skills in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track and manage account activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Best in class collaboration with the sales and cross functional teams
- Become an industry subject matter expert within your territory
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the foodservice industry, working directly for or with major
- foodservice organizations.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong digital skills with experience in CRM tools for account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
