Business Development Executive

Role Overview

As the reach and scale of our offerings continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and versatile Business Development Executive to join our team in Louisville, Colorado! In this role, the main focus will be identifying new business opportunities, specifically in the non-profit space, and setting up/arranging meetings/events for our CEO. This position is key in driving growth and fostering strong client relationships, and your voice and ideas will be highly valued.

Who you are:

An extremely driven, proactive, and energetic Business Development professional with at least 5 years of experience driving growth and revenue through strong outreach, relationship building, and meaningful meetings/presentations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working closely with the CEO on client targets, strategy, communication, events/meetings, and calendar management. 

What we're looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience and a proven track record in Business Development, account management, or sales, ideally in digital marketing
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Prior experience working with non-profit organizations a plus!

New Business Development

  • Drive business growth, scouting leads, engaging prospects, and fostering opportunities
  • Serve as a liaison between prospective clients and the CEO
  • Identify new business opportunities with prospective clients in the non-profit space
  • Ability to identify potential clients and to educate them on DELVE’s services

Tools

  • HubSpot - manage, organize, and track leads, outreach (calls, emails, messages, etc.)
  • LinkedIn - create and send well written & thoughtful messages to potential prospects
  • Google Mail 

Can-do Attitude

  • Proactive attitude, ability to think outside the box and creatively, about establishing connections and deeper ongoing relationships with clients and prospects

Time management

  • Proven ability to optimize schedule for a senior executive team member

Salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 plus bonus/commission plan, depending on experience.
