The business reporting analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions. This role is instrumental in data collection, dashboard development, reporting and identifying areas for performance improvement. This role will maintain a portfolio of quality and utilization reports in order to drive improved performance with value-based contracts. Responsibilities include sharing actionable performance dashboards with value-based care leadership, operational leadership and quality improvement teams. Other duties include assisting with analysis of clinical quality metrics, operational trends, and utilization in support of value-based care strategies. This role will be critical in support of the medical group's commitment to population health, data driven decision making and current & new risk contract development.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare informatics, computer science, public health, business administration, or related field.
- 2 years - Minimum total related experience in the areas indicated below.
- Advanced excel knowledge and experience.
- Experience analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, displaying and presenting data.
- Using desktop software and data visualization tools.
- Experience extracting data from EMR, preferably Epic.

About the Team
Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
