Job Description & Expectations:
- Responsible for customer service and helping coordinate a smooth, timely patient experience with scheduling, comfort, and payments
- Schedule patients optimally to meet both the patients’ needs and the office production goals
- Handle patient registration including new patient intake forms and updating established patients’ demographics and medical history
- Collect and post payments for services rendered
- Treatment presentation and financial counseling
- Understanding and experience in handling insurance and billing matters
- Processes insurance payments and ensures timely collection from patients and insurers
- Learn to operate new office technologies, programs, and systems as they are developed and implemented
- Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences
- Willing to support own team members to accomplish daily activities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a professional team
- Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Dentist and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $28.50 per hour
