Business And Personal Concierge

We are a Business & Personal Concierge service based in Frisco, TX supporting busy executives and entrepreneurs. The role of this position is to support our growing company by providing administrative, including Business and Personal tasks to support our clients.

Job Details may include:

• Schedule and manage calendar (Business and Personal)
• Book meetings
• Take notes during meetings
• Plan travel arrangements
• Coordinate family events
• Create agendas
• Track orders and arranging deliveries
• Troubleshoot technology issues
• Create presentations
• Online research
• Source, order and arrange for delivery of gifts

Professional experience is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
