We are looking for a Business Analyst/Technical Writer to join our team for a public housing Project.
Job responsibilities include:-
Perform analysis and research of DOI recommendations and A&CMs procedures, protocols and practices. Assist with the development, review and writing of policies, procedures and other deliverables. Perform related administrative duties. Perform Special Projects as needed. Assist with the creation and/or update of procedures in support of all departments within the Asset and Capital Management division (A&CM). Create related workflows, guides, presentations, and information sites. Review existing procedures, as necessary, to identify and address inefficiencies.
