- 3 year program - building new campus site in MA (Kendall Square building) - ready early 2026.
- team accountable for helping with the site
- site will hold 2000 employees - R&D site
- specific roles - hard and soft services
- hard services - mechanical, etc
- soft services - cleaning - food services, etc
- facilities digital capabilities
- using technology what can we use to support the building
- taking work order
- manage inventory
helping build up biz requirements
what scientist need
helping with project delivery
BA day to day work:
focus on digital capabilities on key area
applications understand user requirements
operational processes
testing and proving
thinking how to train
6 Key Areas:
- applications - how ppl move around building
- how ppl interact with the building
- moving into the building - guide people thru
- how to send a receive items in the building
- facilities management - how to run the building
- manage the consolidation
must have Facilities Background
working with IT function
working with the business
help biz do some visioning

drop into more detail and pull out user requirements and can pass to IT to do package selection
what support they would need
interface between biz and IT
