Company Description

Reporting into the General Manager, you will provide strategic analysis and mission-critical project management at an executive level. You will assist leadership in the development and implementation of our high impact projects across all departments, ensuring proper understanding of deliverables and allocation of resources. You will develop relationships across all levels and geographies to maintain the cultural pulse of the department. We ask that you have both strategic framing and project execution. Furthermore, the DL will analyze and track resource allocation and budgetary spend. You will sit in Boston and be on a hybrid office schedule.

Job Description

STRATEGIC PLANING AND ANALYSIS

Contribute to the development of our long-term strategic missions, objectives, and appropriate measurements across business segments and departments.

Develop Measurement tracking and business metric dashboards.

Evaluate proper utilization and allocation of resources across our business segments and departments and provide solutions.

Engage & secure leadership partnerships both internally and externally.

Provide analyses of our goals; identify helpful and harmful factors contributing to their success.

Develop scorecards, trackers, tools, and reports that assist our leadership team (Marketing, Key Accounts, On Premise, and Distribution) in assessing department performance.

Evaluate proper utilization and allocation of resources across business segments and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.

Oversee critical projects within our region to close opportunity gaps, implement trial programs to quickly test strategic direction.

Provide qualitative analytic support on projects requiring financial or data analysis.

BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Guide collaboration and support performance at the department leadership level.

Work with department and regional leads to improve current business and role processes, and provide recommendations to leadership on improvements, automation, or new capability opportunities.

Develop improvements to departments project and annual business planning process to increase focus, efficiency, accountability and empowerment with the field and ensure understanding across all levels of the department.

Help identify performance gaps across the departments business and provide solutions to close gaps that increase efficiency and growth.

Provide strategic analysis and mission-critical project management at leadership team level.

Identify performance gaps across the department and provide solutions that increase efficiency and influence.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Provide leadership and support from project development to implementation including business case proposals, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, overseeing, and reporting results.

Partner with project leaders to manage documentation and tracking of project milestones, schedules, and resource needs.

Enhance project management methodologies ensuring that a streamlined process exists, and ensure that projects are implemented and delivered to meet standards.

Build relationships across all levels and geographies to monitor the cultural health and pulse of the department and make recommendations based on those assessments.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in an analytical and/or project management role

3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and communications

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Understanding of P&L, goals, and interactions

Experience in CPG/Marketing preferred

Understanding of business insights/ category management principles

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
