The Business Management Group (BMG) Price Process and Compliance team defines the standard processes, policies, and system requirements across Intel's exception pricing environments. We are central to how exception pricing and rebates execute across all Regions and Product Groups. Within the team's scope are operational elements of pricing and rebates as well as the leadership of Programs that drive and define improved pricing and rebate methods and efficiencies.
In this specific role, you will be responsible for both operational and program management functions for executing Pricing Contracts. Any experience with Intel's pricing or rebate dynamics is highly desired.
You will be embarking on a new program to automate the creation of Pricing Contracts. Key responsibilities in this program include standardization of pricing/rebate contracts and exploration of tool capabilities for Contract Automation. The desired end state is implementation of a contract tool that assists with contract creation within defined standards for both deal structures and standard legal terms and conditions, back and forth redlining ability for both Intel and customer, and contract publishing and life cycle management functionality.


In this role, you will partner closely with Legal, IT, and other pricing stakeholders to:

  • Define and document standard contract creation processes and policies

  • Explore tool capabilities and make a tool selection

  • Prioritize business requirements for tool creation

  • Design and deploy tool requirements for Contract Automation

  • Connect to downstream applications

  • Confirm user acceptance of tool development

  • Provide stabilization support for new processes and tool

  • Support stakeholder training and communications

  • Flexibility to adapt and offer creative solutions as well as influence and re-direct program efforts, is essential. You will operate in ambiguity and guide the program in a changing environment. You will need to collaborate effectively across multi-functional areas and be expected to use judgment and critical analysis to develop and present recommendations as well as problem solve for business situations.

The importance of this role is significant as success in this role helps move Intel to a standard, automated pricing and rebate environment in best-in-class enterprise systems to drive better and faster decisions, achieve real-time financials, and reduce financial risks.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of business or operational experience including pricing, process engineering, compliance, and/or leading programs or 7+ years of experience including pricing, process engineering, compliance, and/or leading programs, in lieu of the degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with Intel's pricing or rebate dynamics

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $99,487.00-$149,235.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
