Job Description
Tech Heads Inc is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to identify goals, analyze data and processes, and devises plans for improvement within our organization.
We are hyper-focused on problem-solving and delivering exceptional business outcomes for our customers through implementation, delivery & management of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and the THInc suite of services. This role requires working closely with our PMO to coordinate with stakeholders, IT personnel, and upper management to deliver innovative products, optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and identify opportunities for improvement. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with upper management and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Business Analyst duties are to document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems that align with business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Job duties include evaluating business needs, verifying systems requirements, and translating data between stakeholders and technical developers.
- Maintains the availability, supportability, and function of Tech Heads business applications.
- Provides development of key applications and associated processes to meet approved business and business process objectives.
- Document, maintain and update system/application configurations and points of integration between business applications.
- Administer, design, and deploy assets for application configurations.
- Identify, design, document and support essential business processes as they relate to carrying out business objectives of Tech Heads
- Perform Quality Assurance
- Report on common sources of technical issues and make recommendations.
- Communicate key findings to management.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve business applications.
Requirements and Skills

- Strong knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Proficient in the standard MS Office products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and cloud-based applications

Qualifications
- Five or more years of Business Analyst experience
- A degree or certificate in IT / Computer Science or Business Administration
- Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Solid experience in writing SQL queries
- Strong knowledge of MSP/RMM applications, office productivity applications, web applications, office technology, and standard business practices.
- Proficiency utilizing technology products, e.g., Microsoft Office, NetSuite
