The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Rate Range: $60-$65/Hr
Job Description:
- We are looking for 10 + Years of Experience as Business Analyst with P&C Insurance Domain experience.
- 10+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst
- Strong Domain Knowledge – P&C Insurance
- Understanding of claims systems /process is not mandatory but would be preferable.
- Demonstrate Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill
- Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies.
- Strong in written and verbal communication
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
- Understanding of Insurance business processes.
- Strong understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies
- BA needs to create data mapping from underwriting systems.
- Data validation and testing.
- Data governance related work.
- Should be able to follow industry best processes.
- Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work.
- A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
- Should be aggressive in making decisions.
- Should have very good communication.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
- Education qualification: Graduate B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech, or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.
