About the role
- Collaborating with Project Manager, supervisors, software developers, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and promote successful business solution implementation.
- Supervising requirements traceability and recording the status of the requirements through the course of the project.
- Monitoring the changes in baseline requirements through the effective application of change control processes and tools.
- Creating and developing functional system requirements for improving performances, quality, external interfaces, and constraints.
What you"ll do
- Responsible for reviewing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and suggesting solutions that correspond with the goals and missions of the organization.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user manuals, to support system understanding and future maintenance.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates must reside in the island of O"ahu to be considered for this job opportunity. We may consider candidates to work hybrid if they reside within the Honolulu Metropolitan Area.
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems(MIS)
- Experience with Jira and MySQL
