First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented, analytical RE Business Systems Analyst to join our Residential RE Systems. In this role, you will assist the Senior Business Systems Analyst with the information and technical processes as it relates to the loan origination system (LOS) and recommend necessary changes, while taking responsibility for any operational requirements. Participate in the specification, planning, installation, test and support of advanced solutions to business problems. Perform specialized project tasks as needed to aid the customer/client, manager/supervisor or which are self-directed. Also provide technical support for the division's various software systems, maintain and provide software guidance and training.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $61,000 - $71,000/yr; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- 2 years of experience in information systems, data security, systems integration, or related field(s) required.
- Previous experience or knowledge of mortgage industry is a plus.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills essential.
- Must have analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient on any loan original system is essential.
- Contacts require resourcefulness, tact and diplomacy in the presentation and discussion of requirements and plans.
- Complex information will need to be extracted from the business operations and management.
- Complex technical information will need to be clearly presented to business staff and management.
- Must obtain the cooperation of management or information systems technician on matters, which may noticeably affect corporate policies and procedures.
- Able to interact with internal and external clients.
