36 months of experience in higher education as a Business Analyst assisting complex change initiatives, assessing change impact and developing change strategy.
36 months of experience in higher education, collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify technology needs and requirements;
36 months of experience in higher education, conducting in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
36 months of experience in higher education, working with cross-functional teams to design and recommend technology solutions that align with academic goals.
36 months of experience in higher education, assisting in the implementation and integration of new technologies, ensuring they meet the university's academic needs.
36 months of experience in higher education, develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technology solutions.
36 months of experience in higher education, managing communication plans, training programs, and workshops to support users through the change process.
36 months of experience in higher education, collecting and analyze data to measure the impact of technology initiatives on academic outcomes.
