We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our business processes and ensuring effective project management. The ideal candidate will be adept at documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing projects, and leveraging data analytics tools to provide valuable insights. This is a contract position of 3-6 months located at our corporate office in Gainesville, Florida. 

• Competitive compensation ranging from $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

• Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring accurate communication of findings.
• Aligning solutions with business needs and requirements.
• Effectively communicating insights and project plans to management.
• Gathering vital information through stakeholder meetings and generating informative reports.
• Collaborating closely with technical and managerial staff.
• Allocating resources efficiently to maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and end-users.
• Managing competing resources and priorities effectively.
• Monitoring project deliverables and ensuring timely completion.
• Applying analytical thinking and explaining complex concepts to non-technical users.

• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for work authorization.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Two (2) or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced technical proficiency.
• Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on SOPs and project management.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated commitment to following through on responsibilities.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Download/10 Upload.
