Job description:

• (Ideally 5 years of experience) in projects supporting BI/data reporting initiatives using Power BI in enterprise environments.
• Multiple years of experience working with Snowflake integrations shown through being comfortable extracting data using SQL.
• Coming from an Ecommerce & Digital background is crucial
• ***Coming from a retail environment***

Nice to Have:

• Any experience with "Marketplaces" - i.e. Amazon, Alibaba, Facebook Marketplace as examples. Currently, lululemon have a number of marketplaces that have integrations to their core eComm platform.

Location: This resource will be required to sit onsite 2 days per week (Seattle, WA), 1191 2nd Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101

Top Required Skills

• Intermediate to Senior BA/BSA (Ideally 5 years of experience) in projects supporting BI/data reporting initiatives using Power BI in enterprise environments (1000+ employees) with large data pools.
• Multiple years of experience working with Snowflake integrations shown through being comfortable extracting data using SQL. Must be able to do basic sequel and star queries at a bare minimum but do not need to come from a coding background.
• Documentation pared with excellent communication as they are going to be working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Coming from an Ecommerce & Digital background is crucial as this is what they will be working on.
• ***Coming from a retail environment where they have dealt with a wide range of data types - place sales data, gift card data, in stocks data and data offsets for example.***

Job Description

• This resource will be supporting the Digital BI group supporting both North America and International eComm sites for lululemon.
• They will be primarily aligned to INTL eComm Reporting but will also have some opportunities to support NA work.
• The role will start primarily with requirements gathering, analysis, UAT and deployment of reporting that leverages our existing dataflows.
• Once onboarded and comfortable, they will move into more detailed discovery, enterprise-level integrations, data exchanges, etc.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Business and functional requirement gathering for small, medium, and complex scope; compiling needs from multiple stakeholders into a single set of prioritized requirements
• Identify business processes, document their workflow in process maps which reflect the relationship between the operating model and the technology platforms, and identify roles within these processes
• Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges, assist in aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business stakeholders
• Work closely with Solutions Architect and maintain open dialogue with data engineers & support team
• Include dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements
• Assess configuration options to meet requirements and specifications
• Prioritizing requirements based on business and technical needs
• Engages with Digital and Technology teams to design/configure solutions and ensure final delivery meets requirements
• Utilize or develop artifacts such as business requirements documentation, JIRA, and Confluence to facilitate requirements alignment sessions, develop test scripts, and document requirements
• Evaluate current business processes, workflows, and roadmaps to have comprehensive understanding of current state and ideal future state
• Lead cross functional collaboration and drives to alignment with business partners within constraints of the project or work

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 3+ years demonstrated work experience in core human resources functions
• Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
• Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
