Position Overview

Early Career Program

Align is looking for a recent graduate starting out in the Business field with a strong aptitude for an interest in the Finance/Accounting/Business Administration field. The Business Analyst Program is a 12-month rotational development program that enables recent college graduates to gain practical, on-the-job training across multiple functions of the company. The main objective of the program is to develop future managers of the business.

• This is a full-time position offering a targeted base salary of $55K to $70K, medical, dental, vison, 401K matching, paid training, paid time off, and performance-based bonuses
• This position will be based out of our New York City office; however, this person will be hybrid, in the office 2 to 3 days a week

• Project Analysis throughout the life-cycle of a project
• Identify and develop strategies to minimize the financial loss on projects
• Assist with special internal projects (maintenance of ConnectWise system)
• Perform Business Analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, MIS, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• You are collaborative, adaptable, and able to dive into the details
