Job Title:Business Analyst 4

Term: 3 months with the possibility of extension

Additional Details: Looking for a BA with experience in Learning Management Systems. This individual will be involved in the discovery phase and will be working alongside other BA's to prioritize upcoming work/projects. The team is looking for an independent worker that has initiative to reach out to stakeholders as needed to ensure timelines and initiatives are met. 7-8 years as a BA minimum.

• What are the three key skills that would stand out on a resume?
  • Stakeholder management – This need will involve working with several stakeholders across all our business units.
  • Learning Management System Experience is preferred – If you have candidates who have experience in building out requirements for an LMS or experience with the technical implementations that will be a bonus.
  • Organized and self-driven – This BA will be expected to work with our Business units in requirement gathering and will need to identify those business teams to meet with and drive those discussions.
• What are the primary responsibilities expected from this person day to day?
  • Drive discussions for development of the requirements for the LMS.
  • Reach out to stakeholders, set up requirements sessions for requirement gathering.
  • Work with leaders to identify needs and wants for LMS.
  • Document requirements.
  • Currently there is no expectation for managing UAT testing or creation of test cases.
