DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Manage, create and maintain prioritized backlog of user stories. Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities. Document functional, non-functional, and control requirements. Collaborate with development team to discuss the user stories, articulate the business value, and represent the interests of the business and customers. Collaborate with applicable parties to brainstorm, confirm, and document solutions. Assist with production releases and the rollout of product enhancements and changes. Lead the measurement of business and customer success post-release. Ensure key product artifacts remain evergreen with product enhancements. Assist end-users with problem solving and issue triaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategies and initiatives. Support control adherence, risk mitigation, and audit related opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-product solutions. Manage product backlog and requirements management and build use cases and end-to-end journeys. Document, understand, and solve complex business and technology problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field of study plus [3] Three years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, IT Consultant or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Articulate, Identity & Access Management (IAM); Role Based Access Control (RBAC); Policy Based Access Control (PBAC); SOX/SOC1 regulatory principles; ServiceNow; Salepoint IQ; Figma; Oracle SQL; flow charts and functional diagrams; agile and scrum software development principles.
Job Location: 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH 43240. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
