Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:  Implement Microsoft Dynamics AX Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Basware (vendor invoices scan and capture), and other related software systems in different Imerys entities. Implement the new version of Microsoft Dynamics AX Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Solve tickets open by the Business for Microsoft Dynamics AX Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Basware (vendor invoices scan and capture), and other related systems. Develop strong business process understanding through continuous interactions with business representatives. Follow policies and procedures regarding how requirements and projects are identified, prioritized, implemented, and documented. Assist in the evaluation of new software systems products or services and suggest changes to existing software products or services to better aid in services performance and recovery capabilities.

Job Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or higher (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related computer field, including an engineering degree with computer related coursework, plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Programmer/System Analyst and/or Developer. Must have experience developing functional and technical specifications for AX enhancements. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and assisting during User Acceptance Testing is also required. May work remotely 20% of the time.
