Reports to:

VP-Finance

Essential Job Functions:

• Produce documentation including process flow charts, requirements documents, executive summaries and presentations, and training materials of established company procedures in IFS.
• Assist the Automation and Information Systems Manager by calculating standard costs for bills of material items, including labor and overhead rates to be applied in the manufacturing process.
• Become the subject matter expert in the Business Reporter module inside the ERP system and the point person for creation and troubleshooting of standard financial and management reports.
• Assist with the ERP design and implementation.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, operations management, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience working in ERP systems.
• Process improvement experience a plus.
• High degree of proficiency with Excel.
• High degree of proficiency with data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office software.
• Attention to detail around producing high quality products and meeting deadlines.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
