SalaryPosition: Business AnalystLocation: Hybrid / Lehi (50% Remote + 50% Onsite)Duration: 12 months with possibility of extensionPay Rate: $40/hr on W2Job Description: As a business analyst, you will support multiple projects like Software Optimization, integration to gather requirements, defining process flow charts and creating presentations. Software Optimization is a program across Client's to rationalize and consolidate software. Your responsibilities include: * Determining the criticality of the requests , researching the market trends on tools in the area, working with the requester to understand the ask and subsequently building the use case to approve or reject the request * As the program is building momentum, partner with teams across verticals to identify gaps and outline/define processes * Evaluate the existing software tools in the HR Category to establish guidelines, ensure data accuracy and consistency between systems.
* Research on software that requires analysis, compare alternatives and client's products , understand business needs to determine the status , update Zylo to maintain revised information on all software in the HR Category. * Work with Content Management team to publish content on client's store to ensure employees can request standard software without hassle * Manage non-standard software requests and assess need of the request and recommending client's standards where possible. * Process Flows documentation.
* As a business analyst work with teams across board and define process documents with flow diagrams where needed. * Microsoft powerpoint skills is a must and should have experience creating a presentations for targetted population. * A quick learner and a self driven induvidual who is interested in building relationships and working with various to gather information.
