HTC is looking for a Business Analyst who can engage with new and existing Grantors to elicit their requirements and build a plan to deploy a turnkey solution.
Job Description:
- Elicit, review, and analyze customer s grant management process
- Document the interpretation of the requirements and review it with the customer
- Use the requirements to create a configuration document for the Grant Management Product
- Work with the Development/Configuration Team to prepare the product implementation plan
- Support building Demo environments for early sales lifecycle
- Test a configured product based on the requirements document
- Train customer personnel on the product
- Recommend product improvements to the Engineering Team
- Standardize and improve the implementation process
Skills and experience required:
- 6-8 years of experience in working with end users/customers in the implementation, support, and maintenance of Commercial Off The Shelf Product
- Business experience with grants or other financials-related domains is a plus
- Experience working with business and government end users/customers
- Understanding of business processes, roles, workflows, and reporting
- Documentation and communication skills
- Data Analysis and Basic SQL Skills, experience with MS SQL
- User Training
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent experience.
