Business Administrator

About Us:Peace Aging Care Experts was established over 17 years ago. We provide private pay care management services to seniors, adults with mental illness, and adults with disabilities. Our goal is to bring reassurance & peace of mind to all of our clients, their families, and the professionals with whom we interact. Our team is growing, supportive, and flexible. We look forward to adding this new Business Administrator position to our organization.

Key Role Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day administrative tasks supporting the business including: coordinating office operations, overseeing and supporting administrative staff, and implementing policies and procedures.

● Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with efficient office procedures and systems to streamline operations and improve productivity.

● Handle human resources functions for the business such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.

● Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.

● Regularly monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

● Manage vendor selection, contract negotiation, and payments.

● Serve as a liaison between management, staff, clients, and external stakeholders.

● Identify and assist with marketing initiatives and events.

Qualifications / Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration OR 3+ years of successful business administration

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

● Highly organized with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively

● Proficient in technologies including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) & able to learn new systems quickly

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Comfortable working in a small-company environment jumping in to support team members when needed

● Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

● A passion for helping others; able to engage with all types of people

Hours / Compensation:

● We are offering the role at a full time salary of $67,500/year. However, if a candidate is interested in a part time work schedule, we can accommodate at $32/hour (minimum of 32 hours, maximum of 40 hours per week).

Job Type: Full-time
