Business Administration - Job Description
We're seeking someone who can effectively drive key business activities with Scheduling, Supplies and Sales support. This will be a great opportunity for someone who can manage variety of activity types, enjoys talking with customers, is creative with solutions to problems and doesn't mind getting hands a little dirty sometimes.
Scheduling: Work directly with customers and with field crews to connect key information related to initial scheduling for work, schedule changes, appointment notifications, followup and management of open issues to ensure top-notch customer service. When new jobs are sold, coordinate the length of the project with the operations team to then coordinate with customers. Suggest changes for any scheduling improvements that could minimize downtime and optimize production. Dispatch crews to work from the Shop and from the field.
Sales Support: Screen inbound lead calls and emails to qualify and setup onsite assessments. After training, will also learn to close sales opportunities over the phone where possible, and eventually may also take field assessments directly. This area of the position may have an incentive/commission tied into the compensation after the introductory period. Will support the development and management of advertising including social media, direct mail and other forms of advertising as well as local activities.
Supplies: Organize and maintain the consumables & PPE inventory to ensure seamless operations and ZERO downtime related to material needs to operate the Shop and the vehicles. Ensure the Shop and trucks are maintained for professionalism and reliability including planned/unplanned maintenance activities, regular service & cleaning. Find opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce costs with creative sourcing, planning and feedback to/from field teams.
You are not required to have experience with finishing, woodwork, or paint, but it would be an advantage to be familiar with the work types and it is an area that you will have access to for cross training eventually if interested. Other areas of administrative support may also be required and could progress to AP/AR and P&L activities as well.

Requirements
High School or GED, Associates or higher preferred
Flexibility and ability to manage various work scopes day to day
Proactive ability to suggest ideas to reduce costs, save time and improve customer experience.

Compensation for FULL-TIME and PART-TIME opportunities:
$14-$20/hr or commensurate based on experience
Workshop is located in downtown Orlando and primary work areas are Orange and Seminole counties.
