Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor food production and ensure high quality and consistency in all dishes
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Collaborate with culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Coordinate banquet events and ensure successful execution
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
