Description
Kett Engineering is seeking a full-time Building Administrator, that will be under direction of a manager in an automotive research and development building. This position is central to the building, its security and its day-to-day activities. This position will require detailed record keeping and proactive coordination activities. This position also includes periods of intensive activity.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

• Office Management
  • Ordering & stocking office and building supplies
  • Ensure building infrastructure is functional (copier, scanner, water, heat, networks)
  • Shipping and receiving of packages & documents
• General Affairs Activities
  • Process invoices (office-building supplies, utilities, maintenance, shipping, other vendors)
  • Point of contact for Employee lease vehicle activity (ordering, maintenance, return, issues)
  • Building vendor management (waste, supplies, security, city-county utilities)
  • Building event planning and execution
• Building Security
  • Security screen all building entrants
  • Create & monitor badges for all employees, security, vendors & visitors
  • Monitor building and surrounding areas while in the office (CCTV)
  • Ensure security staff onsite 24/7
  • COVID checks of all building entrants, supplies for such, enforcing current company policies

Candidate Requirements

• High School Graduate or higher
• Organized with ability to manage multifaceted projects
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Multilingual a plus
• Ability to work with multiple program levels (customer, vendor, in-house engineering staff, management)
• Ability to obtain results with little oversight
• Basic to medium level of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel
• SAP experience a plus
• Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
