As a Budtender and Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests as well as assisting store management in achieving business goals. Team members are expected to have a basic understanding of the retail cannabis industry, the ability to follow standard operating procedures, take direction, and have an appreciation for cannabis culture. The ideal candidate has at least one year of retail, sales, or in person customer service experience.

We will train the right candidate, however you MUST be able to work a flexible schedule, be dependable and have reliable transportation. Full and part time available.

Our Budtender and Sales Associate conducts opening and closing duties at the retail store as well as guides adult customers through the process of understanding, selecting and purchasing cannabis products; such as flower, concentrates, edibles and topicals. This position is Front of House, customer facing - team player with excellent communication and customer service skills required. Willingness to learn and show compassion to individuals first and foremost.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conducts the day to day operations within the store Budtender SOP and guidance from manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Conduct opening and closing procedures
• Accurate cash handling
• Inventory
• Provide excellent customer service
• Make sales, recommending products, up-sells, request contact details for marketing (email) + more
• Present daily/weekly promos, happy hour and special promotions
• Answer phone calls and greet guests as they arrive
• Ensures store cleanliness and appropriate appearance
• Utilizes functions of the Point of Sale and Inventory Tracking System
• Utilizes in-house marketing materials and resources, including but not limited to:
• Visual merchandising, update daily menus, Leafly, making display updates as directed by management
• Takes initiative and prioritizing tasks during downtime
• Team player who can collaborate with promotions and productions departments as needed
• Communicates any questions, comments, or concerns immediately to the ownership or management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
