Your Role
As a Neiman Marcus Bridal Consultant, you will acquire, cultivate, and maintain relationships with our bridal clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement, and luxury service. You will create a memorable Neiman Marcus Bridal Experience through exceptional service while leveraging a full suite of available tools. You will be one of four consultants reporting to a Bridal Department Assistant Manager in our Downtown Dallas store. The Neiman Marcus Bridal Consultant upholds the reputation of our historic and prestigious Bridal Salon, currently celebrating 100 years of service.
What You'll Do
- Educate self and client on merchandise selection, events, promotions, policy and services
- Demonstrate expert styling, knowledge of current Bridal trends, and Bridal brand knowledge
- Recommend merchandise based on expert product knowledge and client preferences, collaborating with other departments to meet the client needs
- Achieve personal sales goals
- Cultivate the client relationship through personalized connection
- Acquire and builds client base primarily through forming relationships with the Bride and finding additional opportunities for future business
- Able to strategize own business and be selfmotivated; takes initiative to increase individual productivity through strong client relationships
- Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients, serve their needs, and follow up as necessary
- Proactively utilize mobile devices and selling technology to communicate with clients and expand the business
- Actively create a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration
What You Bring
Bridal Experience preferred
Luxury sales experience required
Dynamic and passionate about Bridal experience
Excellent customer service skills
Motivated and results driven
Strong attention to detail
Meticulous follow-up with Bridal vendors, Brides, and Bridal party
Ability to work autonomously
Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
