High end Fort Worth retail store is looking for a Bridal Consultant to work with brides from the beginning of the registry process through the completion of reconciling their registries post wedding. Individual must be professional with exemplary customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve is a must. Computer skills are required. Retail experience is a plus. Store hours are Monday – Saturday from 10 until 5. This is a full time position and the work schedule requires every other Saturday. Employer does not provide health insurance. Candidates must have a positive attitude and personality, and be able to pass a background and security check.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Developing a knowledge of product lines and vendors
- Scheduling appointments with brides to assist them with registry selections
- Updating and maintaining accurate registries in-store & online
- Creating in-store registry displays for customers to view
- Assisting customers in the store and on the phone with gift selections
- Fulfilling web purchases
- Tracking orders to ensure gifting is complete
- Coordinating with delivery and shipping
- Working with other team members to make sure policies and procedures are followed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
