Baley’s Bridal is seeking a passionate, highly motivated, and detail-oriented full time bridal Sales Associate for rapidly growing business! Responsibilities include:

· Selling wedding dresses, bridesmaids gowns, and tuxedos to all prospective customers

· Gaining knowledge of our inventory, designers, colors, fabrics, styles, and shipping processes are essential.

· Must be able to meet sales goals and maintain consistent closing ratio.

· Follow up with brides and build a clientele base. Offer additional services and items in a friendly, helpful manner to serve brides for their convenience

· Educate your brides and anticipate their questions and answer them thoroughly

· Actively be an A-Player within the team. Hold yourself accountable for cleaning, organizing, steaming and other admin tasks in order to provide the most impressed and best shopping environment for Baley’s customers.

· Following up with customers in a timely manner.

· Participation in both in-store and off-site bridal events.

· Support other team members on serving customers.

· Participate in generating store related social media contents and posting

Job Requirements:

· High-end/luxury sales experience is preferred. Previous retail sales experience is necessary. (Minimum of 2-3 years)

· Ability to withstand the physical demands of the job, including standing/walking for long hours and moderate lifting.

· Must be able to work weekends including Saturday and Sundays.

· Strong work ethic

· Strong working knowledge of social medias.

This position is an hourly, commission and tips based. Potential earning range is normally between $15 - $45 per hour. Pay: $15.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
