Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- manage delivery apps orders and in store orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive service
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer questions about menu
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic math for handling payments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Knowledge of Uber Eats or similar delivery systems is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
