Breakfast/Lunch Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. Open availability is a must from 6:30 am to 3 pm on weekdays and weekends. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Process payments using cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Maintain knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments accurately
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and billing
- Basic knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques

Note: This position requires standing for long periods of time and may involve lifting or carrying trays of food or drinks.
