The Associate Director of Branding assists in reaching the Phoenix area for Jesus by creating and staying try to Cornerstone's brands in all marketing initiatives. This role works toward growth of the overall brand through providing assets for all internal marketing efforts to drive growth and engagement.

What you will do:
- Version out creative assets from design team to work for email and paid ads
- Partner with our external design team to
- Create brands for all of our series, conferences, events and individual ministry needs.
- To ensure the consistency of the voice, serving as quality control for our outside design firm
- Lead collaborative meetings with your department and other ministry departments around branding and asset needs for events and conference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects
- Stay up to date on emerging branding trends
Experience you have:
- Has a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design or relative experience
- Has worked in a digital, communications or other marketing equivalent environment
Skills you have:
- Has strong copywriting, written, and oral communication skills; attention to detail with particular regard to spelling and grammar
- Good at problem-solving and communications
- Is highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
- Able to perform job duties with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
