Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Brand Manager for our Foot Health portfolio.
Roles and responsibilities

  • Champion the US consumer, deeply understand their problems and drive this into the Global marketing team
  • Collaborate with global marketing team to develop core marketing assets that the US can leverage and lead local development of amplifying content to interrupt consumer on their purchase journey
  • Establish and drive the development and implementation of the brand's marketing plan, budget, and long-term financial plans to achieve the category's volume, profit, and share objectives
  • Develop full brand annual plan including market analysis, competitor analysis, customer insight, price analysis, portfolio gaps, profitability analysis, channel strategy, etc. leveraging extended Karo team
  • Identifying market and customer opportunities via analytics, translating opportunities into high-impact marketing strategies driving share
  • Execute the marketing and campaign initatives and develop releveant assets, with high focus on digital channels.
  • Measuring and reporting performance on marketing campaigns and develop performance mindset with agile test n learns to exceed KPIs
  • Drive innovation pipeline in collaboration with global cross functional team that drives incremental profitable sales growth for next 3 years (Target 50% growth from innovation)
  • Close cooperation with top customer teams to drive strong joint business plans that accelerates Karo's business
  • Develop sales materials for innovation launches, key industry engagements, category reviews, and top customer calls
  • The Brand Manager will also need to ensure the brand strategy is communicated, understood, and implemented by all cross-functional groups and partners

Requirements
Competencies required
  • Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or MBA (preferred)
  • Experience in Media Channel and Campaign planning, with focus on digital, social, and shopper activation
  • 5+ years brand marketing experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Experience with product development/innovation
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, agile, fast-paced environment
  • Operating autonomously and with a high degree of comfort with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills orally and written
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Superior analytical skills with strong business acumen
