Summary:
The main function of the Brand Creative and Governance manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities to support our key drive periods, campaign roll-out, and digital asset management sites; plus be the day to day lead for SEA Brand Governance, working closely with Global teams. The Brand Creative and Governance Manager will succeed by managing multiple projects at once. A familiarity with creative marketing delivery files is a must to confirm correct agency asset delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports the Marketing Director to manage in-house production team and coordinate projects with the agency, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of tactical activities to meet those goals.
- Ensure SEA brand comms across LOBs and Corporate Marketing are meeting brand Governance guidelines.
- Oversee the management of our digital asset management (DAM) site, working with Global teams.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of creative project file types: Adobe Creative Suite, animation, 3D.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc. Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
