NOTE: This role is based in NYC. Forum Brands operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person at least three days per week.
We're looking for a Brand Manager to help drive growth of our acquired brands. You will support P&L management for our Family category, and pull levers to increase top-line sales, reduce costs and drive profitability. You will work closely with your Brand Management Director to drive brand operations including Amazon, Walmart and Target optimization, product development and assortment strategy, promotional strategy and cross functional alignment.
What you'll do:
- Drive strategy and executions on all sales channels like Amazon, Walmart and Target, focused on revenue growth and brand profitability
- Own your brands' digital presence and product listings while maximizing traffic and conversions
- Map out pricing and promotional strategy on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support category and brand level price goals
- Conduct competitor and category level research to identify growth opportunities for your brands and create a best-in-class product assortment for our customers
- Generate new product ideas to complement the brand's existing products and execute on bringing these ideas to life in partnership with Marketing, Creative, and Logistics
- Analyze marketing data to optimize efficiency in conjunction with our Marketing team
- Drive cross functional alignment of all brand/portfolio goals via continuous communication and collaboration
Requirements
- Experience managing a portfolio of products on Amazon Marketplaces (seller and/or vendor central), Shopify (DTC), and/or Walmart
- Experience as a P&L owner, with a proven track record of driving top-line results and margin expansion
- Experience in business case analysis and a general understanding of corporate finance; highly proficient in Excel
- Bonus points if you have experience managing products on eCommerce channels not mentioned above

The salary range for this position is $95K - $110K. The base salary offered to a candidate may vary depending on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, and business sector.
