The Co-brand Partnerships team is a high impact group within U.S. Consumer Services’ Product Management and Lending organization, responsible for developing and managing strategic consumer co-brand card products and partnerships with the world’s major airlines, hotel chains, and financial institutions. This Senior Analyst role will join the Hilton Co-brand Product Management Team within the broader Co-brand Partnerships organization and support the portfolio’s day-to-day while delivering strategies that drive future growth and greater value for our Card Members.
How will you make an impact in this role?
This Sr. Analyst will be the customer champion on the Hilton Co-brand product team, responsible for driving customer insights, integrating them into our product strategy, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. S/he/they will also support the PR and experiential marketing strategy in collaboration with our Hilton partners. This role will blend relationship management, Product Management, operations, servicing, analytics, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a customer experience SME for the Hilton Co-brand, understanding the product benefits, how they work, and customer usage
- Champion the customer by developing a deep understanding of who they are and how they behave to devise strategies to improve customer service and retention
- Serve as the team lead for issue management and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with PR, Brand, Hilton Brand and Marketing partners on influencer marketing, events and press strategy/execution
- Build and manage relationship with Hilton partners, working together to troubleshoot product/benefit issues and on ways to meaningfully improve the customer experience
- Lead and collaborate across the Servicing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology organizations on initiatives to improve the customer experience and card benefits
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience in a product or partner management role preferred
- Demonstrated ability to assess business needs, identify solutions, and implement them seamlessly
- Proven track record to spearhead workstreams autonomously and drive projects to completion across teams and at all levels
- Strong organization, communication and project management skills
- Ability to build and influence positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Strong collaborator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to support projects beyond immediate job scope
- Positive attitude, flexible/proactive workstyle, and customer-first mindset
- Passion for travel
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
