Job Summary:
Winston Retail seeking high energy Management and Sales talent for six holiday pop-up kiosks at the Westfield Oculus WTC shopping center. Ideal candidates will engage the consumer, promote & drive sales, inspire, and spark interest in products presented. The kiosks are open 7 days a week with multiple shifts currently available. Support at the Oculus WTC starts November 23rd and runs through January 2nd.
Your Role:
- Become knowledgeable about the products displayed, answering consumer questions, and SELLING!
- Connecting with customers with passion and a spark!
- Proactively communicate successes and opportunities
- Opening/Closing of holiday kiosk
Experience & Skill Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales experience in a retail environment
- Strong presentations skills & selling acumen
- Experience with special events and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Experience with iPad or tablets
- Preferred experience with Square or similar point of sales technology
- Engaging personality with a passion for sales
- Negotiating & influencing skills
Required Skills & Tools:
- Communicates timely and effectively (both verbal and written)
- Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, and email), able to use wi-fi
- Smartphone device for reporting purposes -- Android OS 8.0 or higher/Apple iOS 8.0 or higher, with ability to keep phone’s OS up to date.
- Ability to download and install an app on your smart phone, and upload reports via the app
- Flexible, adaptable, dependable, and trustworthy with all store responsibilities
- Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand on feet entire shift
- Strong work ethic; reliable and committed
- Will be required to follow all COVID guidelines of Westfield and Winston
