We have an outstanding opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our company in Tracy CA. Branch Manager Responsibilities:

• Revenue Generation: The Branch Manager is the primary person responsible for the growth and profitability of the branch. They will lead and manage all aspects of sales process including building the team, setting and monitoring expectations and developing customer relationships.
• Operational Excellence: The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the operational team and producing a second to none customer service standard. This includes equipment quality and availability, transportation, safety regulations and administrative support.
• Leadership: The Branch Manager runs the show and leads, develops and manages their local team. They set the pace and hold themselves and the team accountable for its success.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Strong selling and sales management skills. Team building. Relationship building.
• A track record of growth and success.
• Driven – A “get it done now” attitude. High level of expectations for self and others.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of operations & sales management experience in leasing, industrial, construction or a related industry. Equipment rental and sales experience preferred
• Ability to understand the portable storage container business quickly and make sound business decisions.
• Knowledge in MS Office, including Excel and Salesforce.com.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and other California trucking safety regulations.

• rental equipment sales or leasing: 3 years (Preferred)
• sales and operational management: 3 years (Preferred)
