Job Description
We are seeking a Branch Manager for our Valrico location to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operational activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise 30 employees and subcontractors across all branch departments
- Monitor schedule to ensure resources are meeting branch goals at optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Forecast personnel needs, recruit and hire
- Track monthly results and trends and make adjustments to operations as needed
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Manage company assets which include building, fleet, tools, equipment, inventory and personnel
- Work with team to collect payment for work completed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in running an operation
- Business acumen to run a branch with little or no support
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
