OSC Energy is looking for an Experienced Branch Manager to join our Dilley Team! Our Branch Managers are responsible for the overall efficiency of that yard and fleet staff.
Required Qualifications:
Strong logistics background
Time Management skills
Managerial experience.
Highly organized.
Familiar with heavy equipment such as forklifts, dozers, manlifts, etc.
Ability to lift 55 lbs or more.
Clean driving record.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of equipment rental industry.
Responsibilities And Skills
Schedule and routing drivers, vehicles, and equipment to appropriate locations per incoming
sales orders.
Professional internal and external communication and interaction with drivers via phone calls and text messages.
Evaluates and develops productive measures to ensure orders are being met while upholding OSC’s values on customer service.
Assisting drivers with loading and route challenges as they arise.
Ability to quickly determine priority level of job orders when situations arise.
Able to adapt to multiple equipment disruptions during unfavorable weather or equipment
malfunction.
Manages fleet to ensure equipment is ready to rent.
Respond and/or acknowledge all orders that come through the ordering system.
Handle and respond to occasional on call emergencies.
Manages service personnel to ensure high levels of workmanship and efficiency in service and repairs.
Monitors and controls all expenses including Purchase Orders, P-Cards, and fuel inventories.
Managing and uploading time sheets, rental equipment paperwork, and receipts within a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
