A-tech (a division of the Kele Companies), a trusted source for the finest lines in factory and process automation for more than forty years, is in search of a Branch Administrative Specialist to join our team.

The Branch Administrative Specialist will be responsible for expediting orders, answering and processing incoming phone calls from customers and other departments, and assisting with projects and clerical duties as needed.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responds to inquiries concerning delivery, pricing, cancellation requests, order status and expedites
- Reviews open sales orders and/or past due orders and works with vendors on expediting
- Responds to general account questions from customers via phone or email
- Monitors, verifies, and updates status of open purchase orders
- Answers incoming phone calls, qualifies those calls, and forwards them to the appropriate personnel/department
- Performs clerical and office duties as needed to support the branch
- Manages office technology to include phone system issues, printers and scanners, escalating issues to information technology support as needed
- Maintains office supply inventory
- Enters purchase orders for direct shipments to customers as needed
- Generates purchase orders and submits orders to vendors as needed
- Enters and acknowledges orders placed via fax, mail, and e-mail as needed
- Assists branch with a wide variety of projects as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to learn and use company software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
