Job Summary
Timberline is America’s largest insect feeder farm. Here at Timberline, our Box Assembly department builds the boxes that will be used in the Cricket Harvest room. As a Box Assembler, you will perform several jobs in the room including screen cutting and stapling, box pushing, and palletizing. You might be a great fit in Box Assembly if you enjoy manufacturing-type work, and have a competitive edge to reach and exceed production goals. To work in Box Assembly, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, squat, and move about freely in the room for the entirety of your shift without limitations. You must be okay working around bugs and worms.
Job Duties
Some of the things that you will do as a Box Assembler include:
- Cut egg cartons to be used as surface area inside the boxes.
- Use industrial stapler to attach screens to small, medium, and large boxes.
- Add egg cartons and push boxes through industrial tape machine.
- Palletize boxes and store finished pallets in warehouse using pallet jack.
- Follow all instructions and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Schedule
The schedule for Box Assembly is a fixed day-shift schedule as follows:
- Monday-Friday: 7:30 am-4:30 pm (with 1 hour lunch)
