SalaryEvergreen Podcasts is currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper (est. 15-20 hours/week) and I am assisting with the search. If you or someone you know wants to work for a super cool company, with a great culture and an awesome team, we are immediately looking to fill the role. Must be located in Northeast Ohio, since the position will require the employee to be onsite a couple of days per week.
The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and accuracy is crucial.
Responsibilities
Bill clients and apply payments
Enter and code vendor bills; record payments
Code and enter expenses
Provide weekly reports to the CEO, and as required
Manage collections
Process payroll (will train)
Other general office duties and projects as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting or related field
1-2 years of experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail oriented
